1. Marketplace
passHub provides a platform where independent sellers list tickets for resale. passHub is not the seller of any ticket.
2. Pricing
Prices are set by sellers and may differ from face value. Fees are shown before checkout.
3. Delivery
Tickets are delivered digitally to the email address you provide at checkout.
4. Refunds
If a valid ticket cannot be delivered, or the event is cancelled and not rescheduled, you are entitled to a refund.
5. Liability
passHub's liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected ticket.
